Your friend MUST give us your name on their application along with the post card you received from us or a print out of this page.

If your friend buys the home outright, the $300 will be mailed to you the day of closing.

If your friend signs a "Rent to Own" agreement, the $300 will be mailed to you after we have received the first three monthly rent payments.
